By accepting a loan offer you, the applicant, are agreeing to the following:

1. You authorise WageDayAdvanceLtd to collect by Direct Debit, Electronic or any other means any monies owed under this agreement, from any Bank, Credit Card Account or Cheque Account, which the customer has supplied us with details of

2. You agree to us contacting you at work, or visiting you at home, to discuss your account or application

3. All sums owed under the agreement, including interest which will be calculated on a daily basis, shall become due and payable immediately if:
      a. Any direct debit has been cancelled on or before the repayment date
      b. We believe you have provided us with any false information when you           entered into this agreement
      c. A statutory demand is served on you, or any other steps are taken by           you or any other person, to make you bankrupt
      d. You enter into a debt management or IVA program.

4. You have a right to cancel the credit agreement within 14 days commencing on the day after the agreement comes into force. If you wish to cancel the credit agreement you can do so by sending a notice, in writing, to: Wage Day Advance, 14 Low Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3PN.

5. If you decide to cancel the credit agreement you will have to repay to us immediately, and in any event within a period not exceeding 30 days from the day when you exercise your right to cancel, the amount of credit stated, plus a cancellation administration fee of £25, plus any reasonable cost we have incurred.

6. You must inform us within 7 days in writing of any change in name, home address, e-mail address, job or any other circumstances relating to your ability to discharge your liabilities under this agreement

7. We may use credit reference and fraud prevention agencies to help us make lending decisions

8. We may transfer all or any of our rights under this agreement

9. We are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading, our Consumer Credit Licence number is 623347

10. We operate a complaints procedure in the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service we provide

11. This agreement is governed by English Law (except where the debtor resides in Scotland where it shall be governed by Scottish Law)

Responsible Lending

WageDayAdvanceLtd is committed to responsible lending. As part of our adherence to this policy, we will only lend an amount of credit that we are reasonably satisfied that you are able to repay including any charges on your pay day. In particular:

1. We comply with all Consumer Credit and Data Protection Act regulations

2. We strictly observe 'Know Your Customer' regulations, this means we will not complete any transaction and pay out funds until we are sure we know who you are.

3. We operate a transparent, fixed charging policy - there are no hidden fees or charges, so you know how much you will repay before committing to the loan.
